KEEPING INFORMATION SECURE, MAKING PAYMENTS AND SHARING DATA;
We only collect. process and store names, email address, telephone number and addresss at point of using our service in order to process your booking/order and ensure you are aware of all booking/order information and sudden change to the plan/order. We may go on to collect more information regarding the number of orders you have with us and the dates and what was ordered. We also ask for reviews after you have toured with us. If you opt to leave us a review, reviews are are published online. If you opt to leave a review on our website. Reviews are showed on our website for 2 years but if you opt to review is via Google, reviews stay published for a unknown amount of time. Reviews made via our website can be removed at your request. However we have little or no control over reviews published via other platforms and you will have to request they remove via the platform you left the review on; so if you left us a review on Google, you would have to request it’s removal via their website.
We sometimes offer shoots that are in reach hard to reach locations that are off the beaten path and we need to have a emergency plan in place. Part of our emergency plan is that we can help with information about you if we need to in a emergency during a tour/shoot. This means we might offer you a form that asks you for all of your emergency details and ask you to fill it out and print it. But as we believe your personal information should be private, we ask you to keep this form with you during the whole duration of the shoot and we will only request this from you if it is needed for emergency. This form will also be handed to emergency services.
Only freelancers and tutors, or order deliveries companies who need personal information to perform a specific role therefore will have access to your data for that select amount of time to carry out that duty. Information is not stored/collected/shared/processed by tutors/guides on location but via our booking in system or on a form you will have on you. All of our employees/ freelancers are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
In order to process your orders regarding artwork. We use WeTransfer to send you the files. We also use many different delivery services worldwide but all are data protected. If however you have a problem with the delivery in regards to data, you will need to contact the named company in your order invoice.
All payments for our services are issued via PayPal or if you do not have access to PayPal we can offer you a route via bank transfer from you to us but we will offer you our details and will not ask you for yours. If you make a payment to us, we do not have access nor do we store/collect/process to any of your personal Financial details outside of reference number, name, email, address and date of payment in relation to the booking which we store within our systems in order to fulfil our duties under the law. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to issue a payment to us. PayPal private page can be viewed here.
All refunds are for payments made directly to us will be issued via PayPal if payment was made via PayPal or check if payment was made via a bank transfer
Sometimes you might be asked if you agree to photography being used by Katrina. This photography may be used for a number of reasons include commercial use; being published on our website and/or via third party marketing platforms; who partner with us to sell our services. We limit commercial use to hands and/or backs of heads and side of ear, or silhouettes of full body only. We also might ask to take a whole front facing body shot of you without a silhouette while on location which may be used for blogs/social media or as a keepsake moment for yourself to keep. You can opt out from this both during or after and we will always ask for permission prior any shots taken and agree the terms. We will also show you photography directly after photo is take and offer you the option to delete. If you are happy to us to go ahead and collect/store/process the photography, you can request your own copy of the photography which will issued digitally via a jpeg on a pdf via Dropbox or Wetransfer.Please note, you can change your mind at a later date about any photography taken and we can delete this upon request. We will do this as soon as you request but it might take upto 30days. To collect photography or to request it’s removal. Please supply us with your name alongside the date/shoot /email address used to book the tour and we will issue you with a digital copy by emailing Us.
WAYS TO CONTROL DISPLAY AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose information nut this will limit the service we offer as we cannot accept cash payments and therefore will not be able to process the tour/workshop you wish to take.
If you do not wish to receive any emails from us please unsubscribe at any point.
However, please note that you will continue to receive all system emails (e.g. those regarding canceled or changed tours/orders) and legal notices (e.g. updates to our policies) from us until the tour has either gone ahead or confirmed as canceled.

If you opted out, but have booked a tour with us. We are obligated under the law to hold your details in relation to bookings in keeping with our duties as a limited company.

You can change your mind about any photography taken during our tour and we can remove any photography from our system.
